Fancy Face Photobooths LTD – Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings
1.1 A booking is only confirmed once the client has received written confirmation by email from Fancy Face Photobooths LTD.
1.2 By placing a booking, whether verbally, online, by email or by telephone, the client confirms they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Where Fancy Face Photobooths LTD is responsible for a delayed start, we will extend the hire period by the equivalent amount where reasonably possible and subject to venue restrictions.
Where delays are caused by the client, venue, previous activities overrunning or circumstances outside of our control, the hire period will still finish at the agreed time.
1.4 Fancy Face Photobooths LTD shall not be liable for failure to attend or complete a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, severe weather, road closures, traffic delays, vehicle breakdown, illness, venue restrictions, power failure, internet failure or equipment failure. Where possible we will notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where we are unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances beyond our control, any compensation offered shall be at the sole discretion of Fancy Face Photobooths LTD and may be in the form of a credit or gift voucher.

2. Prices, Deposits & Payments
2.1 All bookings require a non-refundable deposit (amount confirmed at booking).
2.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit.
2.3 Advertised prices may be amended without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed.
2.4 Fancy Face Photobooths LTD reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.

3. Cancellations
3.1 All cancellations must be made in writing by email.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
* Within 8 weeks of the event – 20%
* Within 6 weeks of the event – 50%
* Within 4 weeks of the event – 75%
* Within 2 weeks of the event – 100%
Any deposits paid are non-refundable.

4. Equipment
4.1 We reserve the right to substitute equipment with an item of similar specification and value where necessary.
4.2 All equipment dimensions are approximate.
4.3 All equipment remains the property of Fancy Face Photobooths LTD at all times.
4.4 We reserve the right to amend product specifications without prior notice.
4.5 Whilst every effort is made to ensure all equipment operates correctly throughout the hire period, Fancy Face Photobooths LTD cannot be held responsible for unforeseen technical faults, printer failures, software issues, network interruptions, venue power failures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where printing is affected but photographs continue to be captured, no refund or partial refund will be issued. A full printed copy of all photographs taken during the event will be supplied after the event.
Guests will still be able to use the photobooth and digital copies of all images can be provided. Where available, AirDrop, text messaging, email or other digital sharing methods will be enabled during the event depending on the photobooth.
If the client, venue or guests request that our attendant stops operating and packs away the equipment due to a printing issue, despite the photobooth remaining operational and digital images being available, this will be considered a client-requested early termination of the service. No refund, partial refund, credit or compensation will be provided in these circumstances.

5. Venue, Setup & Conduct
5.1 Equipment will be installed in one agreed location and will not be moved during the event unless agreed by our operator.
5.2 The client is responsible for ensuring sufficient space, suitable power supply and venue permission for installation.
5.3 Any access restrictions including stairs, long walking distances, limited access times or other setup difficulties must be disclosed before the event. Failure to do so may reduce the operating time without compensation.
5.4 The client is responsible for ensuring suitable crowd control and safe operation around the equipment.
5.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the hire if guests behave in a manner which endangers staff, guests or equipment. No refund, credit or compensation will be given.
5.6 Our operators reserve the right to refuse use of the equipment to anyone considered intoxicated, abusive or behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

6. Liability
6.1 The client accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft or damage caused to our equipment by themselves, their guests or contractors and agrees to pay all repair or replacement costs.
6.2 Fancy Face Photobooths LTD accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings arising from the use of our equipment except where required by law.
6.3 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, disappointment or loss of enjoyment arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Photography & General
7.1 Unless the client notifies us in writing before the event, Fancy Face Photobooths LTD may use photographs taken during the event for marketing, advertising, social media and promotional purposes.
7.2 By booking with Fancy Face Photobooths LTD the client confirms they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
